IDCOL Cement, Bargarh
This project began with great ambition and zeal in 1983. Being on a strict timeline, it was completed within 6 months in 1984. This was a milestone in the great beginnings for Saraswati Infra Group.
NALCO, Angul
This was the first major project and a feather in the cap for Saraswati Infra Group. It included a commercial market complex, 80 residential quarters, a bachelor's hostel, and "Chinmaya School". Completed in 2.5 years (1984-87).
MES Central School Complex, Titlagarh
The second major project over 65 acres housing the Central School Complex for Military Engineering Services. A landmark project completed within 2.5 years.
SBI Branch Building, Bolangir
Entering the commercial sector, this SBI branch office was built considering the latest banking requirements. Completed within 2 years (1988-90).
OPGC Admin Building
Expanding into PSU infrastructure, we built the administration building for OPGC (Odisha Power Generation Corporation). Completed within 1.5 years.
LIC Office Building, Bargarh
A significant step in Bargarh's development, this project marked the entry of LIC into the everyday lives of the city's residents.
Saraswati Vihar, Bargarh
Our entry into private development. Founder Tushar Mohanty's first residential project on self-owned land, featuring 20 duplex complexes in the heart of Bargarh.
Saraswati Vihar, Sambalpur
One of our first major private projects. 72 duplexes and a shopping complex were delivered to happy customers, many of whom are still associated with us today.
Saraswati Enclave, Bargarh
Consisting of 40 duplexes, 32 flat units, and a shopping complex over 33 acres. The demand was so high that plans had to be re-evaluated as customers lined up.
Saraswati Park View, Bhubaneswar
Our foray into the Bhubaneswar real estate space. This project also helped establish the Saraswati Group head office in Niladri Vihar.
Saraswati Enclave, Sambalpur
Spread over 17 acres, this is one of Sambalpur's biggest projects. Phase 1 & 2 delivered 74 duplexes and 16 flats. Phase 3 is planned for 15+ duplexes and 300+ flats.
Saraswati Residency, Bhubaneswar
A visionary project in Kalinga Nagar. By the time it was half-completed, customers had already lined up for the premium units being developed here.
